Although I am fond of exploring the world, I have been engaged in various professional fields. My inspiration in travel industry comes from the people I’ve met and worked with, and the experiences I’ve been fortunate to have in this amazing industry. Through my diverse experience, I’ve found my passion in skills building and training development, as I believe that education and capacity building efforts is one of the most important ways to build sustainable solutions for the development of travel industry in Tajikistan where social-economic and tourism development has recently started.
Our team decided to start a new project on tour guides training as we believe that any organization can strengthen team performance by promoting opportunities for team members to exchange ideas, share knowledge and collaborate with each other to help fill any skill gaps they may have.
